Camille H.
Private tutor in Shoreline, WA
Education
Graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Physics and Astronomy in 2014. I have completed math courses through multivariable calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations. I studied physics for four years, as well as taught an undergraduate physics labs for 2.5 years. As electives, I took introductory engineering courses as well as a year of chemistry.
Experience
As an undergrad I was a physics lab TA. I taught a weekly physics lab and graded all student work for over two years. I have also done private tutoring in math and physics for high school and college students. I enjoy helping people advance their knowledge and reasoning skills; my TA reviews would suggest the students I help enjoy what I do as well. I took AP Calculus in high school and got a 5 (highest mark) on the AP exam. In college I excelled in math and the physical sciences.

Hobbies
In my free time I enjoy cooking, ice skating, seeing movies with friends, painting, and occasionally film photography. I also adore small fuzzy creatures like cats and dogs. Professionally, I am now a Test Engineer, testing how well electronic devices work together. While my job gives me lots of hands on time to play with physical interactions, I like tutoring because it keeps me actively using more of the mathematical and theoretical tools I have learned over the years.
